330 ml brown bottle. Best before 4/11/2012.
It is a fine looking brew. It pours a hazy light gold with a fizzy white head. The only knock is that there isn’t much lacing.
This is a decently old bottle for the style but it smells fresh still, must have been kept okay in the past. It is light but malty with a hint of light fruit and a bit of herbal hop.
The flavor is real nice. Really bright beer here. Some yeast prescence, more so then if you got it fresh on tap near the brewery, but it isn’t detracting much from the beer. It has a nice herbal bitter note in the finish and is mostly flavorful but subtle pale malts with a subtle fruitiness.
Drink these before they go old, that is all. TURDFERGUSON (4058) - Durham, North Carolina, USA - JUL 4, 2012
UPDATED: SEP 4, 2014 Draft at surf club. Well I still haven’t made it to Germany, but did get to try this what I can only assume was much fresher here last night. And I loved it. Had 3-4 pints. A totally different beer. Very clean, refreshing, not grainy at all. Light citrus fruits.
Bottle from sam’s. Just noticed the best by date of 5/02/12. D’oh! Hazy golden with small fuzzy white head. Nose is bready and grainy, light bitterness. Similar flavor, coulda been
good when fresh. I really need to go to
Europe and drink these fresh.

Tap at Maxs. Unfiltered orange-yellow. Respectable white head. Yeasty lager with a lemony edge. Delicate and doughy. Hyper Euro, sessionable, delicate. Bready, mellow subdued hops. A rare treat, very authentic.

Sort of a sweet tart aroma. Hazy pale yellow. Maltly smooth taste. Hint of bitterness with a clean dry finish. High carbonation. Refreshing and very drinkable. I like this one a lot. tone77 (256) - Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 8, 2012

Pale yellow and hazy in color with a creamy white head. Pilsner malt aroma, fruity, grainy, hay, and tons of yeast. Very clean and crisp flavor.
