Bottle, 13C. Pours copper with a modest beige head. High bead. Aroma is full of American hops: grapefruit, pine and a little resin. Taste has some light caramel and stone fruit sweetness underneath tasty but short-lived bitterness. Body is a little on the thin side. There’s nothing terribly complicated here and that’s not a bad thing: this is a highly drinkable beer with a good smack of fresh aromatic hops. gam (3964) - brisbane, AUSTRALIA - JUN 13, 2010

Beautiful unfiltered dark orange. Nose is a bit muted, but citric hops slwly make their way to the top. In the mouth it’s a little more lively. Resonablt full bodied for a sub 5% beer. Medium length citrus hop finish .Not so complex. Good easy drinking. WIth maybe a few more IBUs and a piney hop to offset the citrus this could be a real champ. ShaneJ (896) - AUSTRALIA - JAN 5, 2016
Bottle from Slowbeer (March 2015). Dirty amber/orange, cream coloured head, grassy aroma and bitterness, pine, grapefruit, quite thin body, some malt sweetness, medium bitterness. Not bad. Stew41 (2040) - Phuket, THAILAND - JUL 17, 2010
A bit murky in the glass (rusty apricot) but authentic for the style and holds a consistent. albeit thin, head. Nose is lean and shows herbal hops and only the faintest touch of malt. Palate is similar; lean and linear with dry herbal hops and decent bitterness. I like what it is trying to do but needs a bit more oopmh to get going.

Dark orange body with thin head. Nice hoppy aroma which carries through to the taste with a faint hint of smoke in the aftertaste. varanid99 (1257) - AUSTRALIA - JUL 7, 2016
Cloudy orange pour with a massive frothy pale orange head. Marmaladey, malty, grassy aromas. Taste is sweet malt, orange, and a bit of bitterness, nothing too complicated but pretty drinkable bendybenbeer (39) - AUSTRALIA - MAY 12, 2010
Quite a nice looking beer... Nice off white head, although that settles to a thin line quite quickly. Aroma seems a little muddled... I get some lychee, grass, pine, pawpaw...sort of like a fruit salad. But I also get some fusels.... Palate is a little thin, but nice mouthfeel. Bitterness is a little harsh, but not all that bad...
Carbonation is nice, and overall, pretty good. Dervock (1378) - AUSTRALIA - MAR 26, 2016
Bottle - pours murky orange with a big frothy head. Marmalade orange hops, malt and a bit of fruit. Taste is malty up front then a dry fruity citrus finish. Fizzy palate. KeefOz (1861) - Tarragindi, AUSTRALIA - SEP 28, 2016
Poured a translucent orangey-gold colour with a big off-white orange tinted frothy head that retained well and laced well. Carbonation low and fine; A few sediment particles settled out of this unfiltered beer. Aroma of sweet caramel, sweet citrus and earthy notes. Taste of sweet malt followed by sweet citrus; low bitterness increases as it warms and becomes a bit grapefruity. Light body. Smooth with a slightly dry, sweet citrus finish.
