Dégustée en compagnie d’amis avec un fromage frais de chèvre et une tomme de brebis corsée. Corps doré, opaque, couronné d’une mousse blanche très jolie. Arômes de bretts et de fruits jaunes. Douce, fine, aérienne.

Assaggio da 100ml allo Zythos Beer Festival 2016: Birra interessante, profumata, mai esagerata. Al naso gli aromi tipici della saison (pomplemo, pesca, profumo) si intrecciano abilmente con quelli dati dai lieviti Brettanomices (coperta di cavallo e sudore) che restano comunque in secondo pianto. Nel bicchiere la birra è giallo paglierino con schiuma bianca, In bocca la dolcezza dei malti è inizalmente ben contrastata da una elegante amarezza e dosata acidità che si fa via via più presente nel finale. Il corpo è secco, la carbonatazione vivace e la birra scorre via fresca e profumata.

On tap @ Brassigaume. Hazy dark golden colour with a generous off-white head. Funky, yeasty, caramel, earthy, herbal and citrus aroma. Average carbonation and medium body. Taste is fruity up front with some dryness and tartness towards the finish. Overall, a very interesting saison.

Taste @ Winters Beer Festival Vichte 29.11.’14. Bit hazy darkgolden - copper color, with white to off-white head. Aroma: strange, brett ?, some caramel, funky. Medium body. Taste: bit sweet, fruits, caramel. (grassy) hops. Not bad.

Little hazy orange to amber beer, small irregular off-white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: funky, bit dirty, infected. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: fruity start, some banana, little sweet, caramel. Aftertaste: soft acidity, some grassy hops, green banana peel, little earthy.

Draft at Winters Bierfestival. Pours orange brown. Nose is lots of bananas, caramel. Mouthfeel is very wattery. Taste is very sweet overripe bananas, malts, caramel. Not bad!
