Draft at the Brewery The lager poured a light amber color with an off white head and excellent lacing. This is an attractive lager with a nice balance of hops and malts. The aroma was of light floral hops and grapefruit rind. The lager has a medium body with average carbonation. The finish was clean and dry with some bitterness on the tongue. This is a very drinkable beer, maybe they will decide to can or bottle this one.
