0.5 can.
A clear, dark gold color with a small, white head. Aroma of pale malts, caramel, butter, and dough. Taste of pale malts, alcohol, and cake with that barely edible, decorative frosting. A light body, a slick texture, and a below average carbonation. Finish is medium long and also smacks of the fake frosting. Overall the beer is pretty bad - nuff said.

Can 0.5 l (new red design as Argus Premium Lager), Lidl, Wrocław, Poland.
Złote piwo z obfitą, puszystą i gęstą pianą oraz słodowym, metalicznym zapachem. W smaku pełne, słodowe z lekką metaliczną goryczką na finiszu.

BlackHaddock (6550) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - JUL 3, 2016
500ml can from my local (in Shropshire) Lidl, so available in the UK now. Drank in a parallel tasting with a can of ’Gladness’. I thought this a whole lot better than the London brewed beer from the Madness guys. Light golden bodied beer with a snow white head. Light malty lead in both the nose and taste, refreshing but otherwise nothing special or different to hundreds of Pale Lagers around the whole.

0.33 l can. Pale golden color, frothy white head. Sweetish corn aroma. Unpleasant sweet taste. Short finish, light body.

Koelschtrinker (18002) - Köln (Cologne), GERMANY - JUN 16, 2016
Wässriger, süßlich herber Antrunk. Das Bier bleibt trocken, die Aromen belanglos. Kurzer, trocken bitterer Nachhall. 9/5/6/5/7/5

Can. 5.0%. Best before 26.08.16. Pours a clear, straw yellow/slightly golden, with an (off-)white head. Sweet cereal aroma. Light hops. Light metallic overtone. Flavour is sweet with cereals, light bread, bit of cardboard. Grainy finish, light hop note. Lingering green apple note. Overall pretty standard, forgettable pale lager. I’ve had worse though. 03.06.16.

Can from Lidl Ashford. Clear pale gold lasting white head. Some golden syrup some lemon. .you drink Franken beer then you drink this and its a world of difference. Not that this is bad. Its just not good. No bad flavours no faults. Some lemon. Just a bit too sweet.

Golden coloured body with a thinnish white head that fades relatively quickly. Aroma of metal, light malt and a touch of cardboard. Light-bodied; Strong metallic and funky malt notes with a little grass and very little else - perhaps some sugars. Aftertaste shows some grain and metal with funky malt and not much of anything nice. Overall, a pretty poor offering, but that was pretty much expected here - not good and not worth buying, even for very cheap! I sampled this 50 cL can purchased from Lidl [Supermaket] next to my apartment hotel here in Budapest, Hungary a few hours ago on 23-March-2016 for 179HUF, sampled in my room later in the day on 23-March-2016.

Iznogud (2825) - CROATIA - MAR 23, 2016
Canned, 500 ml from somebody in Zagreb. Clear golden, short lasting medium white head. Malty, grainy, sweet. Watery and bland. Yes, that’s typical supermarket lager for you.

Dorqui (2201) - Brescia, ITALY - MAR 7, 2016
Bottled 0,66L. Pale yellow color with modest head of short duration, no bubbly aspect. Gaunt and pale cereals aroma, notes of dampen grassy and grain. Poor watery mouth, excessive bitter palate and dull final.
