Draft at tasting room. Unclear gold with a white head. Fantastic subtle fruitiness. Its got that great passion fruit character. Light body. Dry finish, somewhat woody and leathery. A little earthy. No funk except for a hint in the aroma as it opens. A bit of lemon tartness. Like this one a lot.

Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a deep gold hazy sort of papery semi opaque body that supports a bright white head that leaves behind spotty lacing. The aroma offers up peach, pineapple and grapefruit as well as spicy yeastiness.
The taste delivers a fun blend of hoppy bitterness and spicy Belgian yeasty notes. It maintains a peppy crispness that keeps the experience refreshing and sliding into soft semi dry Brett toward the finish. I get bitter tangerine, grapefruit and pineapple blended with clove like spices. Another solid summer brew. As it warms it picks up modest funkiness.

on draft, wow, this is undrinkable, tastes strongly of dish water and sanitizer. Aspirin. Nightshift pulls this crap sometimes, same exact taste so i guess I was wrong about blaming the water in Boston. Behind this dominant off-flavor I get some belgian yeast notes (apples, Fruit) and some wheat. Its all dishwater. Too bad.

Draft at the brewpub. Whoa, the nose is much more tart than I anticipated and features funky fruit esters (raspberry and orange), sugary SweeTarts, barnyard tones from the Brettanomyces, and a light whiff of damp basement funk. Pours semi-occluded mandarin orange color with a filmy head. Very tart taste of heavy Brett, moderate orange flavor, a sweetness much like Pixie Sticks, and a citrusy hop finish. It’s unique and enjoyable, but I don’t think I could drink several in a row.

A hazed golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, and smooth Brett notes, light and smooth. Brett more noticeable in mouth, with loads of fruity esters, light grassy hops, funky character, very nice. On tap at brewery.

Smells like clean brett funk. Taste is belgian yeast and some brett funk. It is a very clean non-offensive sort of funk. Medium body, medium carbonation, and low foam.

Bright and hazy golden pour, foamy white head. Aroma is brett and funky goodness with a taste that is refreshing with the funky Saison character and a nice dry finish. Awesome beer!

Bright, hazy gold. Huge white head that looks like foamy egg whites. Flavor is remarkably tasty. Dry, Brett, leather, light hops. Incredible.
