UPDATED: FEB 26, 2018 On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours hazy light golden with little white head that disappears quickly. Aroma of medicine, metallic, fruity notes, citrus. Tastes bitter and dry, almost astringent. Likely a beer that got infected and is sold as a farmhouse ale now. Sigmund (8163) - Tau, NORWAY - FEB 22, 2018

Beaverfest Day 2. Keg. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and dry and has a fine minerally crispness. Good savoury brett, mildly bitter. A little lemony citrus. Spicy dry finish. Tasty pilsner.
Keg at the Beavertown Extravaganza, Day Two, 09/09/17.
Almost clear golden blonde with a decent off white cap.
Nose is tarte citric peel, brett notes evident, damp hay, grains, lemon rind.
Taste comprises big bretty bollocks, on the turn melon, straw, lychee, lemon rind, funk, dry rot.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with light hops hidden behind a film of brett.
Nice funky refresher.

Bottle from the brewery. Pours hazy gold with a bubbly off white head. Tastes like biscuit malt, dough, straw, grassy hops, and a hint of herb. Light body and low carbonation. Smells like yeast, straw, dougy malt, grassy hops, and faint alcohol. wchesser (2190) - Denver, Colorado, USA - OCT 13, 2017
Fresh bottle from a GABF week drop. Clear gold with moderate head. Nose is floral, light cattines, mineral, becoming heavy horse blanket as it warms. Taste is dry but more mineral than crisp and floral. More farmhouse than pilsner.
