Sample at What The Funk!? on 10/04/2017. Cloudy golden color with a medium thin white head that diminishes gradually to an outer ring. Stringy lacing. Aroma of stone fruit, pine and funky yeast. Light to medium body with flavors of funky fruit, spruce, yeast and malt. The finish is funky and piney with a fruity aftertaste. Pretty good overall. slowrunner77 (13006) - Reno, Nevada, USA - OCT 10, 2017
Cloudy golden orange. Big hoppy aroma with some sour funk. Astringent at first, which prevents me from scoring it higher, though it rounds out into a fairly nice pineapple forward hoppy sour. hopdog (13102) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 27, 2017

Sampler at Copenhagen Boston. Pours yellow and cloudy. Leaves some lacing in the glass. Nice pine and tropical fruit notes on the nose and tongue. Finished with a hint of tartness. Very nice and quaffable. BuckeyeBoy (8659) - Boise, Idaho, USA - SEP 2, 2017
750ml bottle thanks to Keith. Opened with a pop and down goes half the bottle. Pours out a hazy golden topped with a white head. Nose is Brett nice hit of fruit and some stone fruit. Taste is more of the nice hops a little bitter sour notes. brokensail (16678) - Dublin, California, USA - SEP 2, 2016
On tap @ Monkish. Cloudy golden orange beer with a white head. Has a pretty herbal and somewhat woody aroma and flavor to it. Decent bit of citrus to it as well. A little bit of lemon juice, a bit of bread and caramel, and some definite earthiness. Has sort of a lemon-lime thing going on at the finish. Some grass as well. It’s decent enough.
On tap at Arizona Wilderness, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma bring a out the spruce tips upfront, followed by citrus tartness and some lacto. Flavour is likewise unusual, with tons of piney spruce tips upfront, without being earthy / dirty, followed by medium citrus tartness and light lacto on the finish. I don’t usually like spruce in beers, but this is admittedly an excretion - very good.
