Taste comprises light peppery spice, lemon rind, Belgian yeast esters, straw, light farmyard.

Keg at Behemoth. It pours hazy golden with a medium white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, bready, banana and candy. The taste is much of the same, soft, bready, doughy, banana, candy, hit of spice, alcohol warmth and straw with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation.
