COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Saison, the French word meaning season, is a beer style that we truly adore. We sourced local Unmalted wheat from Sossaman Farms to emulate the "raw" character of these beers. The water we used is a similar hard water profile that you would find in Wallonia, Belgium. The name? table Top is a Wilderness shaped like, well, a table top! These beers were commonly referred to as table beers...so it was a fit!

On tap at Arizona Wilderness, pours a cloudy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out a lovely spiciness from the Belgian yeast, followed by a wonderful floral dry hopping. Flavour has lots of dry hopping, with floral notes and Belgian yeast. Lots of depth, with excellent dry hopping.

Tap at the source. Pours slightly hazy yellow. White head. Aroma is nice clove notes, lemon, wheat. That clove note is clovely. Flavor is clove, lemon, wheat. Nice. It’s actually a solid saison, which isn’t my style but this is still good.

Nocturne (1992) - Cheshire, ENGLAND - SEP 24, 2015
Keg at Buxton Tap House. Clear golden shade. Big white head. Notes of buttery malt, banana and clove yeastiness, big herbal and grassy character too. Bit overcarbonated here, which spoils it somewhat. Not bad, but felt a bit basic compared to others of this style.

Keg at Arizona Wilderness tap takeover at Kings Arms, London. It pours a cloudy straw color with medium white head. Aroma of hay, grass, dried grass, flowery piney light hops, light yeast and fruity esters. Taste is crispy and medium dry, with light grains, grass, apricots, straw. Light bodied with good carbonation. Overall, tasty refreshing saison

Light pale gold color with some haze. A minor head. A hint of yeast spiciness in the aroma. Light wheat malt flavor, a grainy note, a tangy note that drops off to a kiss of bitterness. Light body. Very refreshing and great on a hot day.
