Golden colour, white head. Malty aroma, straw. Bitter flavour, straw, malts, typical hoppy flavour, guess it’s the Waimea. Bitter finish, straw.

Clear medium amber orange color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, light toasted, weak hops, vomit notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, pale malt, toasted, light caramel, straw - floral. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20140812]

From cask. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, light toasted malty. Bitter, light fruity and crisp hoppy. Lingering bitter and slight fruity finish.

Draft at the Great British Beer Festival 2014, Day 1 - London. Pours gold-amber with a white cream head. Bland, some bready malts, some out of place diacetyl, citrus, grain. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Simple finish with mild caramel, dough, leaves. Meh.

Cask at GBBF ’14, day 1, 12/08/14. Lightly hazed amber with a moderate off white head. Nose is earthy hops, vanilla, caramel, light citric peel. Taste comprises earthy hops, candied fruits, more vanilla, straw. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close. Ok.

GBBF Day 1. Cask. Clear deep amber beer, small white head. Palate is light and dry. Light dry malts. Hops start floral - skunk then there is a surge of sourness and off flavours. Bleh!
