Bottle at home in London - sourced from Ocado. Pours clear gold with a frothy, white head. The aroma has some biscuity pale malts, grains, vague citrus accents. Light sweet flavour with more crunchy pale grains, a little hay, dough. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Decent balance in the finish, some simple white bread, minimal hops, crackery grains. So so. Fatehunter (2604) - Corbett, Oregon, USA - NOV 17, 2016

UPDATED: JUL 10, 2014 Didn’t like this. Golden yellow colour a la Boddingtons. Watery mouthfeel, unpleasant tartness in the taste.

Cask handpump at The Bell Inn, Purton, nr Cricklade, Wiltshire. Friday 4th July 2014 Pours mid gold hazy, touch of burton snatch on nose. It’s as I expected, served suprisingly quite cold, but not suffering for it. Fruity with a light bitterness throughout its tangy, fine.
