Hazy copper color, yellow head. Hoppy, bitter, resin taste. Medium mouthfeel, medium high bitterness. Resin aftertaste. Sweet, malty, hoppy, a bit smoked scent.
Tap at Szimpla Kávézó, Budapest. Poured a hazy dark amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is light grassy hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a rich nettle, woody light citrus hop palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonaton. ogivlado (8331) - Zagreb, CROATIA - MAY 4, 2014
On tap at Jónás Kézműves Sörház Budapest. Probably this is the right one because on the board was written just Hangover IPA. Dark amber coloured, medium sized off-white head, light honey and hops in the nose. Quite strong herbal hoppy and light fruity with intensive strong bitterness in the finish and aftertaste.

At Szimpla Kavezó, thanks Gergely for pointing it out to me! Poured a misty amber-red body with an off white head. Looks lovely. Gum, sweetish malty taste, nice grainy notes and aromatics. The taste... ok, I figured that my palate was bust, but further tasting revealed it wasn’t. However, I WILL rerate it as soon as possible. Mild, creamy malty taste, carrying light notes of orange, but not as aromatic, slightly husky, dry overall. Did I get the right beer?! Again, will rerate asap. UPDATED: JAN 17, 2014 reddish mahogany colour, huge, long lasting yellowish head - it appears as a chritmas beer should; aroma of citrusses, mostly grapefruit and orange peel, pine resin, and honey-like maltyness; taste is, as always in case of Armando’s beers, fully dominated by hoppy bitterness (citrussy and piney notes), however maltyness can also be felt; excellent beer for Christmas
original score:8/5/9/4/17 - 4.3
re-rated on 17 Jan: ok, maybe I’m a bit biased in case of Armando’s beers (I really appreciate his mission providing us, I mean Hungarian beer-fans, with the highest quality beers from the whole World and brewing amazing beers and I admire his work), but this beer is really perfect...what a pity that it can’t be enjoyed by beer-fans outside Hungary! androman (2982) - Maarssen, NETHERLANDS - SEP 14, 2014
