Clear medium amber color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, roasted, caramel. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is light medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft.

Swing top bottle. A clear medium aber beer with a medium sized, mostly lasting beihe head. The aroma is malty with notes of caramel and toasted nuts and a light hint of hops. The flavour is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Medium body, lively carbonation, quite long finish with about medium bitterness. (swing top bottle) Clear, hazelnut-brown colour with a big, slightly tanned foamy head. Moderately sweet toast-malty and nutty aroma with notes of caramel and a shy herbal hoppy touch. Light-bitter flavour, medium to light bodied with a well-carbonated and matured mouthfeel. Toast-malty and nutty taste with caramel and herbal accents; moderately dry and slightly bitter finish with nutty notes in the aftertaste. Quite a goodie (07.07.08).
