Cloudy brown color, tan head. Very Bretty, acidic, acetic, barnyard, yeasty scent. Fruity Brett, spicy, yeasty taste. Bitter, Brett aftertaste. Medium smooth mouthfeel, medium high bitterness.
New keg they tried, apaprently the first one was similar, they didnt keep selling it, but apparently it has reached them in this state from the brewery.

UPDATED: MAY 11, 2017 Bottle. Rosey brown no head. Malty with some doughy yeast and whiskey aroma. Boozy backbone with loads of biscuit malt. Pretty rad beer. I miss drinking shit like this at the brewery when we lived around the corner. Heavy but really good.

UPDATED: MAY 10, 2017 Bottle shared with shonali at csakajo. Clear, deep reddish amber colour, small white lacing. Nose is intense vanilla strong bourbon notes. Taste is bourbon, medium bitterness, some umami. Fast finish. Very nice.

On tap at TCBW, Tallinn. Dark amber, slightly hazy, with an off-white head. Sweet and malty with lots of caramel, some influence from the bourbon barrels and dried, sweet fruits. Way too sweet for my taste, but still fairly enjoyable.

Aroma - rich and very pleasant, with lot of caramelized malt, wooden cask, whiskey, very flavored fruits jam, honey, flowers. Taste - a bit dry, medium bitter, with lot of caramelized malt, honey, fruity jam with flowers, some grains and wooden cask. Very good!

Tap. Brown, hazy, low head. Inrense fruit aroma. Dry fruits, plum, barrel, wood, vanilla, caramel, bourbon. Heavy bitterness, very dry, traces of sourness and sweetness. Full body, thick, average carbonation. One of the most bitter beers ive ever had.

Bottled. 15cl sample. The aroma has bourbon, vanilla, raisin, piney hops. Clear, amber coloured beer with a thin, off-white head. The taste is moderate bitter with dried fruit and vanilla sweetness, has oak , bit caramel, pine. Very nice.

Red, lightly cloudy white foam, that dosnt last. Burbon, fruity caramel in the aroma. Sweet, alcohol, with a lot of alcohol and burned sugar in the aftertaste

BOTTLE 12 OZ. Almost clear dark copper, beige head. Rich dried fruity aroma, caramel, toffee and loads of Bourbon barrel, just a sting of alcohol. Rich but easy drinking, roasted dark bread crust, just hints of caramel, fruity caramel, dry sharp spicy herbal butter finish. Great.

Crowler from the brewery. Pours brilliantly clear, filtered tawny with a medium, frothy beige head, medium retention with good lacing. Aroma is medium oak, vanilla and Bourbon with medium bready malt, dates and moderate pine and resin hops. Flavor is medium oak, vanilla and Bourbon with medium bready malt, moderate pine and resin hops and bitterness with a medium sweet finish. Full body and medium carbonation.
