Cask @ 43rd Sheffield beer festival , Sheffield , amber with a white head with hops , citrus and a bit of spice leaving a very nice session pale bitter . jmgreenuk (9964) - Kuala Lumpur, MALAYSIA - FEB 27, 2014
Bottle from Cotteridge Wines, Birmingam. Poured a murky medium brown with a thin white head. The aroma is malt citrus fruit orange peel. The flavour is medium to light bitter light sour with a grapefruit citrus light hop bitter palate. Light bodied with soft carbonation. Not really an English mild. Live rate. Bottle from Beer Gonzo. Clouded brown with a fine white foam. Yeasty and juicy hedgerow aroma with hints of strudel, blackberry and Fruit Salad chews. Big fruity hop flavour with red apple, melon, dragon fruit and Fruit Salad to the fore. Big florid pineapple and acetone-tinged burps. Moderate condition; somewhat tepid bitter hop finish with hints of hazelnut and filter coffee. Juicy and outspoken but there’s bigger 3% hop monsters out there. maeib (8749) - Wootton, Northampton, Northamptonshire, ENGLAND - JAN 19, 2014
Bottled 15/01/14. A hazy tan coloured beer with a whitish head. Nice orangey hoppy notes in the nose with a bit of caramel. Some citrus hoppiness in the mouth too but it’s too bitter and obviously low ABV.

50cl bottle @ home. Clear amber color, small off - white head. Nice aroma of hops and slightly malts. Taste lightly malts, lightly hops, slightly caramel. Thin texture, average body and carbonation. Theydon_Bois (20600) - Hazlemere, the lower Xhitlerns, Buckinghamshire, ENGLAND - DEC 22, 2013
Bottle at the Night of Garbage, thanks to Leighton, 20/12/13 up a shit load of stairs !
Hazed orange amber with a good sized off white head - this don’t look like no mild to these here mince pies !!!
Nose is bitter orange, spice, apricot jam, straw.
Taste follows, earthy dank tones, orange pith, soured fruit, light funky brettness (inentional I doubt).
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry grassy bitterness in the finish.
Ok stuff but SURELY a golden blonde !?!?!?! Scopey (15652) - Croydon, Greater London, ENGLAND - DEC 21, 2013
Bottle at the Night of Garbage, thanks to Leighton. It pours cloudy amber with a gigantic beige head. The nose is pine, varnish, brett, orange peel, grapefruit, caramel and a touch of spice. The taste is earthy, pine, varnish, watery, citrus peel, metal and a good hit of bitterness with a dry finish. Light body and high carbonation. Nice brett thing going down on then nose, but ultimately this beer is a bit too watery for my liking. Alright. Leighton (22297) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - DEC 20, 2013
Bottle shared at the Night of Garbage. Procured at the House of Kris. Pours clear amber with a huge off-white head. The nose smacks of a brett infection - lovely! A bit of dry tangerine, poo, some earth and grass. Light sweet flavor with dry leaves, mild brett tang, faint grassy bitterness, tangerine pith. Light bodied with lively carbonation. Clean and dry to finish with more dry and pithy tangerine, a bit of wood, mellow poop and grass. I doubt the brett was intentional but it does make the beer pretty interesting. worldbeertaste (1818) - West Midlands, ENGLAND - DEC 12, 2013
I’m not so sure this is a mild. It seems more like a brown ale. Brown with a white, lacy, lasting, bubbly head. Smells like cherries, nut, banana, yeast, some porter chocolate elements and caramel. Medium to thin body with no carbonation. Tastes like it was poured right from the tap. A bit thin. Sour, yeasty flavour, with mild berries and a bitter grassy finish.
