Cask (Gallows Bird, Espoo, Fest2013)
Grainy, slightly nutty grains, aroma, maybe a bit pulsey. Very simple sweet light grains, and a bit of a hint of hops. Not doing the "single hop" thing very well - I can’t tell anything about Bobek from this, except maybe to not bother using it!

Cask Real Ale tasted at GBRAF. Mild nose. Pale small head. Pale golden color. Mild malty and hoppy taste. Slightly waterly.

Cask at Gallows Bird real ale festival. Pale golden in color with fluffy white head. Very mild aroma, with some notes of some grassy hops. Same grassy bitterness appears in taste as well. Pretty neutral on the whole.

Cask @ Gallows Bird, real ale festival. Pale golden, frothy head. Nutty, light smokey, fruitu aroma. Flavor has watermelon, citrus, malt. Dry, bitter finish. Good body for this abv.

Cask at the Gallows Bird XVI Real Ale Festival, Espoo, Finland. Clear deep golden colour with small foamy white head. Sweetness, wood dryness, malt and floral hops in aroma. Flavour is bitter hoppy. It's quite thin but bitter. Not very malty. Bitterness stays. Shame it's so thin and one dimensional. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

(Cask at Gallows Bird Real Ale Festival ’13) The beer poured pale golden and clear. Its head was small, sparse and white. Aroma had sweetness and yeast. Palate was medium bodied with low carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, grass, grain, malts, sweetness and bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity and bitter. Aroma was very mild but the tastewas pleasantly good.

Bottle that I picked up at Vincent Montgomery Butchers, Wantage, Oxon, Saturday 22nd October 2011, consumed Saturday 29th October 2011 Pours gold with barely any head. The hops and general fruitiness remind me a little of a cheap brand of fruit squash drink. Soft mouthfeel, these hops are quite funny, bit flat some citrus, its ok. A6 A3 T7 P3 Ov12 3.1

Cask-conditioned at the Three Tuns, Bristol 24/10/2011. Gold with a slight white head. Aroma of hedgerow fruit, wheat and peppery hops. Flavour had some cereal malts, more fruit and a hoppy, dry finish. Enjoyable.

Cask at The Bree Louise, London. Clear yellow pour with a very light film. Wet hay, grainy malt nose. Medium sweet flavor, lots of crunchy grains, granola, some white bread toast, mild bitterness. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation. OK balance on the finish, some grains, crispy straw, hay, dry and crispy leaves. Not bad.

Cask at the CASK Pub & Kitchen on 25th June 2010. Clear gold with virtually no head. Lightly hoppy with notes of berry fruit. Light to smooth mouthfeel. Touch of spice and ginger.
