ManVsBeer (10928) - Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire, ENGLAND - JAN 16, 2015
Cask @ White Hart, Todmorden. Copper-red with a thin head. Has a crisp winter-fruit sweetness with some malt in its nose.

Nocturne (1992) - Cheshire, ENGLAND - DEC 31, 2014
Cask at JDW. Mid amber shade with a patchy covering of foam atop. Orange citrussy and with a hint of gingery winter spice. Unfortunately there is a strange smoky, phenolic note that doesn’t ruin things but feels out of place. Apart from that it was heading in the right direction.

Don2711 (493) - - DEC 28, 2014
UPDATED: DEC 31, 2014 Hazelnut colour. Caramel aroma. Good taste of caramel and hazelnut. Also good strength but maybe a little weak on palate. Still nice one and will drink again.

RichTheVillan (8151) - Birmingham, West Midlands, ENGLAND - DEC 20, 2014
Cask at the JDW Square Peg; clear amber pour with a big creamy magnolia head, light roast aroma, taste has a combo of roast malts with some winter berries, caramel, some feint grapefruit hop.

Cask at spoons. More like a winter warmer than an "ESB" (which is not even a style thank you ratebeer). Mid brown colour, intense caramel flavour, well balanced with hops. Very malty indeed. Full bodied, some nuttiness, a little bit too sweet maybe but good.

SlackerMads (3478) - DENMARK - DEC 8, 2014
Cask. Clear hazelnut brown with a medium sized off white head. Malty stuff; chocolate, caramel, nuts, wood, some light flowery notes. It is soft and big bodied and the alcohol is noticeable. Works ok as a slow drinking winter warmer, but it is a bit rough and sweet.

mariuszek (1474) - Gdynia, POLAND - NOV 20, 2014
Tap. Thin creamy head. Malt, caramel and fruity hops aroma. Similar in taste with niiice hoppy bitter finish. A good ale.

berkshirejohn (6614) - Bracknell, Berkshire, ENGLAND - DEC 28, 2012
Cask at the Old Manor (JDW), Bracknell, ABV 5%. Golden amber with a thin cream head; floral aroma; soft in the mouth with a sweet caramel malts and some orange fruit; and a crisply bitter finish. A pleasant bitter.

imdownthepub (15137) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - DEC 20, 2012
Cask conditioned at a Wetherspoons. Amber with very slight head. Perfumed and quite flowery beer with a distinct orange blossom note, orange pith. This was fairly flat on delivery which followed into the drinking of the beer. Nothing special.
