UPDATED: MAR 17, 2018 Just a little above average lager with an ending that quicly slips by. The beginning is nicely dominated by hop and malt.

500ml bottle. Pours nice light golden colour. No real aroma. Good carbonation with an inoffensive flavour. Not a bad larger.

UPDATED: MAR 10, 2018 Correct sans plus, bière commerciale japonaise, importé. Le côté dry la rend plus agréable.

Cerveza muy pobre, sin apenas sabor, debido seguramente al alto contenido en maíz

From notes. Enjoyed at Yume Japanese & Asian Restaurant with the team for dinner on February 06. 12 oz bottle. The pour is a golden yellow color with a thicker white head that falls away quickly and actually leaves a little lace behind. The aroma is grainy and malty with a growing sweetness and a bit a doughy corn thing happening on the end. I’m not crazy about that at all. The flavor matches pretty well. The corn is pretty hefty and the sweet bready malts don’t do a lot to change any of that. The syrupy thing happening on the end definitely isn’t “dry”. The mouth feel is light and watery with a brighter carbonation and a lingeringly sweet grainy and malty finish. This is one that I feel I would get a raging headache if I tried to drink too many (more than 2). Ugh. 4 3 4 3 10

Pours a clear, straw colour with thin white head and average carbonation. Aromas are lightly bready and grainy, some malt sweetness and a hint of spicy hop bitterness. Taste is clean, crisp and refreshing and very dry. Nicely balanced, sweet malt flavours present themselves first and there's a slight bitterness at the end. Not a bad beer, would probably have enjoyed this more if paired with food.

UPDATED: FEB 3, 2018 Btl pours a clear light golden color with an alka-seltzer type head that fades fast leaving spots of lace on glass. Aromas of corn, dough, some sort of spice and a hint of booze. Tastes of sweet corn, crackers, metal and a hint of white pepper. Light body, decent carbonation, slightly astringent mouthfeel and a watery, back of the throat bitterness. This was a strange brew. Below average @ best!
