It’s hazy dark brown with a huge, creamy and long lasting head. The aroma has notes of nuts, caramel, roasted malt, fruit and a touch of licorice and soap. The flavor has a light sweetness and notes of roasted malt, nuts, caramel, and a little burnt sugar and fruit with a twist of soap. The finish is slightly dry.

Bottle: Hazy, deep amber coloured with a small stable off-white head, relatively dry chocolatey-toasty nose the the very first fruity traces of infection; light to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied; slightly lingering dryish chocolatey-fruity finish. Thin and slightly infected, but still quite well drinksble…
