Some yeast in the nose along with hints of malt. Hazy brown body, with a big frothy head. Flavor contains some hints of yeats, but is kindda thin.

Amber color with a off white head. The taste is fruity with light yeasty notes. Finishes with a light bitterness. Rather boring.

Ungstrup (38138) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - MAR 1, 2005
A hazy amber beer with a small brown head. The aroma is wheaty sour combined with bananas. The flavor is sweet malty and primarily wheaty, but also with notes of bananan and a dry end.

Emil (6065) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - FEB 26, 2005
Bottle Brown colour with a big white head. Sweet banana yeasty aroma and taste, some wheat. Medium body and a sweet finish.

Sorry, but if you do this to one of my favorite types of beers, you get low ratings! Plastic and cardboard aroma. Light brown, good lace though. Watery, few flavors, no banana at all for example. Light bitter finish.
