Oldham Beer Festival 2016. Amber in colour. Session bitter with an easy-drinking fruity character. Has a bitterness, albeit a low one.

Svesse (8693) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - JAN 25, 2016
(Cask at Craft Beer Co Islington, London, 28 Nov 2015) Pale amber colour with foamy, off-white head. Malty, fruity nose with apricots, citrus and biscuity malt. Malty, fruity taste with notes of apricots, biscuits, toast, leafy hops and a fairly dry finish with a balanced floral bitterness. Light body, quite dry. Fresh and quite tasty, highly drinkable. Quite nice.

(Cask at Gallows Bird Magna Carta Real Ale Festival 2015) The beer poured deep golden and almost clear. Its head was small and white. Aroma had malts, molasses and earth. Palate was medium bodied with low carbonation. Flavours were malts, toffee, earth and bitterness. Aftertaste was malty and bitter. A good clean bitter.

prawlie (1633) - Berkshire, ENGLAND - JUL 25, 2014
Pint at the Nags Head in Reading. Yellow-orange with a fleeting bubbly head. Tastes ’fuggles’, traditional UK hop styles, quite bitter. Its pretty plain to be honest.

Cask at CASK with Sarah. Pours a clear amber with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has nice light citrus with a hint of light fruit and a grain backbone. Flavor has much more earthy grain with a hint of grass and citrus underlying.

Gravity dispense at the 1st Runnymede Beer Festival - 08/09/12. Light golden with a thin off-white head. Floral hops on the nose and a smearing of orange marmalade allied to some sour tones, grapefruit and a little caramel. Bitter orange taste, toffee, more of that orange marmaladeness. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation and a dry finish.
