Gravity @ Pigs Ear 2012. The pourís light gold with a tiny head. The nose is pineapple, sweet malty aromas, a bit of lemon cake. The taste is syrupy pineapple upside down cake. Some honeyed baklava. Somewhat muddled flavors. Slightly bitter hoppy finish. Medium body, syrupy. Overall, this wasnít a particular favorite.
