Ok, not amazing, syrupy, quite bitter, brown red, not that great really, some malt.....
Cask at the CBC Clapham, red-brown with a fine white ring, caramel and hops nose, hoppy caramel and treacle toffee, fresh hoppy finish. MissPxx (970) - Greater London, ENGLAND - APR 26, 2014
Nutty caramel aroma. Dark brown appearance. Very bitter taste with a front of the tongue linger.

August 20, 2013 - hand-pull cask and the Earl of Essex. Utterly gorgeous pour - deep burnt auburn with a solid lasting mottled creamy head. The appearance may well be the best part, though - not bad, but a bit papery - harsh and somewhat generic bitterness, toasty malt. Astringent, decently carbonated, the harshness doesn’t bus much, but it does stick around a long time - my next beer was a welcome palate cleanser. leaparsons (10499) - Wigston, Leicestershire, ENGLAND - FEB 23, 2013
Cask, Derby Winter Fest 13. Golden brown with an off white foam. Aromas are toffee and pine with floral notes. Red berries with spices and cream. Honey and grapefruit. Flavours are sweet honey with bittersweet lemon and rye bread. Dry biscuit with grain. Dry to finish. OK.

Winter Beer Festival 2013. Reddish amber beer with a reasonable head. The aroma is fruity and mildly roasted, and the flavour is roasted with good bitterness. Overall a nice and smooth roasted and bitter beer.

Cask @ CPK. Pours deep reddish amber with a creamy off white head. The nose is sweet chewy malts. Rich berry, pine resin and toasted grain. The taste is nice bitter woodland, rich berry jam. Spruce, plenty of hoppy bitterness. Full body for what it is. Quite nice. fonefan (48622) - VestJylland, DENMARK - NOV 27, 2012

Cask (handpump) @ 28th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2011, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England
Clear medium to dark red amber color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, light roasted - toasted, moderate to heavy hoppy, soft citrus, orange - citrus. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, hoppy, caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
Cask at the Cask, Pimlico - 28/09/12.
Slightly hazed reddish brown with a medium off-white head.
Sweet caramel malts dominate the nose with pine, hops, sweet sugar, grapefruit and other tropical fruit tones.
Taste follows nose, really get the caramel malt, summer fruits, hops.
Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
Decent. FatPhil (15962) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - SEP 9, 2012
Gravicask (PBBF2012, Tuesday)
Smell is sweet and sticky. SIckly fruity body. Nice bitter finish - long and biting and dry. Some almost burnt aspects in the roast. Unsatisfying, but reds have never done it for me.
