Bottled 500ml from Sandra, a birthday gift from 2011. Amber with very slight head. Flatish from bottle, difficult to build any head plus there is a musty note in the aroma. The beer itself is fruity, slightly tart but plenty of peachy, apricot like flavours. Medium depth malt, a hint of caramalisation, toffee. Overall pretty drinkable, but should have been opened a lot earlier. Ethereal (2421) - Los Angeles, California, USA - MAR 27, 2012
500ml bottle from Drink of Fulham - the last bottle in the shop! 30th April 2011. Amazing nose of fresh flowers and walnuts. Perfect copper amber colour with a small persistent white head. Flavour has nutty malt and peaches. Really moreish. Lovely toffee flavours underneath everything too. Dusty, dry finish. Excellent beer. fonefan (48761) - VestJylland, DENMARK - OCT 10, 2011

The taste is resin, leather, earth, toasted malt, dust and citrus pith, with a dry finish. Light to medium body and soft carbonation. Easy drinking, not bad. Cask at Egham USC, April 2011 beer festival. An amber coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Malty aroma. Tastes malty, hoppy. Expected better but it is still drinkable enough. chriso (7533) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - MAY 9, 2011
Cask (handpump) at the Nags Head, Reading on 27 April 2011. Amber colour. Lively condition. Some biscuity malts and a little caramel. Some earthy hops but not enough to live up to the IPA moniker. Pleasant enough but rather restrained for an Ascot beer and certainly not one of my favourites from a brewery that I respect a lot.

Cask, handpump at The Chequers, Oxford with Loz 30.04.11 Pours more amber than the described gold as far as I can see. Some malt shine through on an otherwise very subtle nose. Malty in the mouth with nice hoppiness although consumed alongside a Jaipur (Loz’s) it is shown up a little in that department. Good beer though. A6 A3 T7 P4 Ov13 3.3
