Another Australian hop. It has an earthy aroma and a good bitter finish.

Cask Gravity at the Duchess of Cambridge. It pours clear amber, with a thin bubbly white head. The nose is leaf, farmyard, earth, dough, peach and lemonade. The taste is leaf, grass, leather, wood, resin, citrus pith, soap, honey and some sweet peach/nectarine, with a big bitter finish. Medium body and soft carbonation, with a slightly oily mouth-feel. An interesting hop.
