COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We conceived this beer to entice the sinner and saint in each of us, following one simple rule: you can never have too much of a good thing. So we took mountains of Crystal, Wheat, and Munich malts and paired them with huge handfuls of Cascade and Tradition hops for an irresistibly wicked beer thats at once temptingly sweet and scandalously bitter, with a full body and deep red color. Go on, treat yourself a little and ask for the happy ending.

On tap at the brewpub. This one is now called "Red Light IPA." This is darker in color than the Shiva IPA as it is amber. Also, a bit maltier than the Shiva with much more of a robust bitter finish. Good boiling hop content. Only drawback is a slight grainy flavor. Delicious!

This isn’t an IPA, but then the brewer does’t call it one. It should probably be listsed as American pale ale like it’t described in the description. Slighty toasted bread malt is balanced by a nice bitterness, but the aroma is a bit weak.

draught. Pours a cloudy amber with a frothy white head. Theres grapefruit and a bit of pine in the nose. More grapefruit in the flavor, bit of twigs, some butter toffee, the hops are semi-biting. Not bad.

Serving: Draft. Appearance: Hazy orange with a foamy, white head. Decent retention and great lacing. Aroma: Slight pine notes, a little biscuit. Fairly straight forward. Taste: Light biscuit notes from the malt side, Herbal, grass, and pine notes from the hops. Nice back bitterness. Palate: Medium carbonation with a medium-light, dry mouthfeel. Overall: This one seemed to have some alt characteristics to me. Still, a pretty decent brew. Rebuy: If I happen to stop by the brewery I wouldnt mind having another one of these.

This poured an amber color with a white head. The aroma contains some citrus and caramel. The flavor is slightly bitter with a citrus presence. There is some caramel and dark fruits in the background. Overall a nice session beer.

on tap at Asheville Pizza on 3/22. Nice standard IPA that doesnt offer anything special or spectacular, but does its job well... a clean, slightly hoppy and refreshing beer that goes great with the wonderful pizza this place puts out...
