Near opaque dark orange with some light tan head. Not balanced at all. Sweet caramel malt and then just a single hop bitterness. But I don’t really care for this style. DiarmaidBHK (5649) - Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 27, 2011
Pours slightly orange from tap. If I took in an enormous snort I could smell a hop. The taste is bland although there’s some bitterness on the finish. I’d prefer a bit more balance. jandd1983 (4544) - Wentzville, Missouri, USA - JUN 7, 2014
Sampled at the brewpub. It poured a slightly hazy copper color with a white head. The aroma was of malts and some citrus hops. The taste was of malts, some toast and a bitter citrus finish. beerguy101 (5360) - Newark, California, USA - JUN 3, 2008
This APA pours a light gold color from the tap at the brewpub. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is slightly bready some malt and hops. A medium to light bodied American Pale Ale. The malts are caramel and sweet. The hops are slightly citrusy. More of a mild English Pale Ale. Nice finish, but nowhere bitter enough for an APA, let alone an IPA. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter. Cybercat (6010) - Georgia, USA - MAY 23, 2014
Pours a clear amber with a decent ivory head. Aroma is not strong, but has malty and fruit opponents. Malty flavor is a bit fruity. Texture has typical fizz and thickness. Fair to middling but worthy.

Soft but tempting aroma with an amber orange pour and a surprisingly hoppy taste and almost warming mouthfeel.
