COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Medium body + white grapefruit notes + unfiltered

This IPA is a big citrus bomb of white grapefruit with hints of Meyer lemon zest. It’s made with only the choicest of continental pilsner and wheat malts and pungent hops from Yakima Valley; an East meets West showdown of ingredients and styles. The bitterness lasts, but at a pleasant, well-balanced level.

HOPS: Azacca, El Dorado, Mosaic
MALT: Continental Pilsner, Wheat

Poured a hazy yellow with a lasting white head. Aromas of br3ad, grapefruit, lemon zest and light yeast. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of bread, grapefruit, lemon zest and yeast with a crisp dry moderately bitter lingering citrus finish.

Draught at the brewery
Cloudy blond color. Dry IPA, with crisp delicate malts, the hopping is very dank, and it has a prominent spicy profile, coriander. Piney and resiny in the final.
Very nice.

Draft pour pint at Special Brews. Pours a pineapple juice color and consistency with a rocky foam head. Big time grassy hop aroma. Flavor is creamy and bitter citrus fruit with an obvious grassy element. Cool flavor and very tasty. Some straw grain reminder late. Interesting IPA. One that I can crush with zero effort. Subtle sweetness late. Very nice.

Special Brews, Lynnwood. Thick white cream, juicy hazy yellow. Dank sweet hop, tropical juice. Smooth dank sip, sweaty cheesy hop. Juicy sweet body, a little light for weight. Juicy off bittering. Interesting dank character.

Opaque, very hoppy, grapefruity, lots of bitterness. Refreshing. Looks like juice but is a very tasty character.

On tap at Aslan, pours an opaque cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out citrus hops and maybe a hint of the lemon. Flavour is fairly dank in the hop department, along with light citrus. A dank hop bomb really, without much lemon contribution. A little harsh, but it’s an interesting, robust IPA. Solid.

Draft - Brigt citrus and grapefruit. Hazy straw with a nice white head. Biright white citrus and grapefruit with a bit of perfume. Much like a white IPA, very nice.

Draft at the brewery. Pours a murky bright gold with a loose and creamy off-white head. Bright clean grapefruit notes on the nose, smells fruity and slightly sweet with minimal bitterness. Creamy medium body with moderate carb. Light sweet grapefruit notes all over the mid palate, very approachable and refreshing. Light bitter finish.
