Nuffield (4202) - Roseville, Minnesota, USA - SEP 8, 2005
Very pale yellow with a little sticky heady; a little hazy. Very dusty, but a strong alcohol flavor, reminding me of drinking a church wine, where a little on the tongue hits all the day down the hatch; a little peppery at the back of the tongue. Finish of canteloupe (I’m very pleased to see that Per notes melon flavors too!). Adequate mouthfeel. After all that Eritrea has come through over the past few decades, I gave it a tenth of a point more. It was the least I could do. (Bottle at Brickskellar, Washington, D.C.)

Klare goldene Farbe, schöne weiße Schaumkrone. Geruch nach Getreide, süß, wässrig. Geschmack schwach malzig, getreidig, wässrig, nicht gut.

MarkoNm (2972) - Novo mesto, SLOVENIA - APR 1, 2016
Pours a clear darker golden color, topped with a small and non-lasting white head. Sweet syrupy fruity aroma with a corn-like character. Some wet paper. Not nice altogether. Taste is a tad sweet first, some bitterness in the finish which is nice, but there’s that metallic/medicine aftertaste which is not nice. Nope...

Grumbo (4126) - Ipswich, Suffolk, ENGLAND - JAN 24, 2017
Bottle in a trade with Omhper. Country #151. Pours a hazy dull amber/gold with minimal off-white head. Aroma of grain, malt, and sweetcorn. Quite sweet, light bitterness. Light body, oily texture, fairly lively carbonation. Have a peppery feel on the tongue. Nice country tick, only a fair beer.

Jeppe (2634) - Brooklyn, Alabama, USA - OCT 4, 2005
Hazy pale yellow with a foamy snow white head. Quite sweet brewing mashy aroma with grainy and creamy notes and not much bitterness. Sweet and rather sugary in the flavor as well. Grainy with some bitter hints in the end. Pretty fresh and not too bad, but thin bodied and bland.

Travlr (26268) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - DEC 13, 2008
Pretty similar to the Harar, this one does not have much body or character. Some malt, some hops, just nothing special.

abemorsten (3683) - Mosterøy, NORWAY - MAR 5, 2014
Small bottle courtesy of gunnar. Misty golden body with a white film. Sugary, honey wood on the nose. Sweet, light malts and a papery bitterness. Light to medium body. Papery finish.
