Mix 6-pack from the brewery. 4.5% it does indeed pour a clear amber-orange with a quickly dissipating off-white head of foam. A clean aroma of caramel & earthy/floral hops. As the label states this is very much in the English style. I’d say that the body is a bit thin while it has a raspy carbonation. The taste is initially sweet caramel, stone fruits then a dry bitter finish. Not really my cup of tea but it seems pretty well done. shoulderbroken (4255) - Tokyo, JAPAN - SEP 5, 2014
Bottle. Nice aroma, bit of caramel, bit spiky, some booze, grainy and nice but with a small helping of something a bit weird. Taste is good too. Some kind of spike like I might expect from a brown ale, light spice, caramel again, but not so sweet, little bit of hoppy bitterness. KyotoLefty (10254) - Kyoto, JAPAN - JAN 22, 2013
Bottle, mail order from the brewery. Earthy, grassy nose, hoppy and malty. Nice citrus edge to go with caramel. Pretty orange amber color with a low, fine head. Earthy, grassy flavor, dry, with light caramel, minerals, a touch of veggies. Dry, hoppy finish. Not exactly revolutionary, but a solid, clean brew.

Pours a very nice English tea brown, with a light, rocky, off-white head. Aroma is nutty and roasty. Nice and smooth, roastiness is most prominent flavor, nicely malty with a fair bit of hops to balance it and a sweet finish. Low carbonation goes well with this brew; fairly solid effort.
