OK. This woud have to be one of my favriote ciders that i have tried it is a nice dark amber colour with little to no carbonation. with slight sour apple taste it is easy to drink TheBeerOrg (2145) - Louisville, Kentucky, USA - JAN 23, 2010
Pours yellow with a quickly receding white head. Notes of tart apple, malic acid, light champagne and white grape. Thin bodied with light carbonation. Dry and bubbly gives this a champagne-like texture. Yum. JorisPPattyn (10002) - Ursel, BELGIUM - APR 18, 2006
No head, but quite some carbonation in a fully golden bright drink. Old, grainstored and shrivelled apples of the finest farmyard quality. Sweet nose with just that pinch of sourness that makes it great. Sweet taste, and here it is just a tad too much. Liqueurish, and luxurious all the same. Alcoholic MF, near dry-out effect. Very good aged cider, but I’ll take the cask varieties anytime. jredmond (8285) - New York, New York, USA - AUG 12, 2009

Aroma is rather leathery with earthy notes, green apples and distant sugary notes. Flavour is sourish and somewhat tart with leathery notes, green apples, hints of spices, fruit sugar and distant earthy notes. I like the leather here. One of the best ciders I’ve had.
Poured light golden/orange with no head. Aroma of woody apple. Medium, lively body, flavour of tart apple with some sweet spice. wiedrzensky (924) - SLOVAK REPUBLIC - MAY 28, 2015
Shared bottle. Clear golden/ straw like, sparkling. Lambic like aroma, vinous, leather, grassy, soury with touch of apples. Taste of apple peel, medium sweet, leather. Medium to full body. Pretty much drinkable. HerrBierkoenig (1453) - Bratislava, SLOVAK REPUBLIC - SEP 7, 2015

From a 500 ml. shaped, embossed bottle with a best before date on cap, Apr.07.
Poured a clear reddish golden with a small foamy white head that settled into a fine lacing, a good looking cider.
Aromas of fresh apples and that squeezed cider vinegary.
Proper carbonation for a cider, adds a nice briskness and a smooth medium bodied mouthfeel.
Tastes of fresh pressed apples, a tad sour, a subtle earthy honey, a little sweet cider vinegary and a crisp apple finish.
A nice and tasting cider, well worth trying.

50 cl bottle. BBE 02/2014.
Pours clody pale golden color with small, quickly dissipating head. Aroma of sweetish ripe apples, grass, some wood, wet leaves and mild pear notes. Flavor of mildly sweet apples, hay, wood, hints of grapes and earth. High carbonation, dry palate with a fruity lingering finish. Nice.
