Pours a crystal clear yellow gold. Minimal head and minimal retention. The nose is very complex, with leather, stone fruits, brett, muscavato grape, and light alcohol. The flavour has more pronounced booze, especially (obviously) as it warms. It’s similar to prosecco in flavour and and body, with a more velvety texture and firmer tannin structure. Flavours linger for a while, though it’s still really dry. 11% is well hidden. Great stuff! travita (4993) - Dallas, Texas, USA - SEP 16, 2013

750ml corked & caged bottle. Poured a clear, well-carbonated golden orange colour with a large though rapidly dispersing fizzy white head. Lots of overripe apples and some demerara sugar underpinned by a bright green apple acidity. Medium body, quite firm on the palate with medium carbonation. A medium length linger of tartness in the finish. leaparsons (10504) - Wigston, Leicestershire, ENGLAND - MAR 23, 2013
Bottle. Pale gold with strong carbonation and an initial foam. Aromas are toast with light apple and cava wine. Peppery with low woody notes. Flavours are apple with citrus and cava. Lots of sparkle with a boozy finish.

Pours a transparent light yellow -- fizzy, but with no head. A burst of acidic apples and sweet, syrupy fruit. Carbonation comes out on the palate, like a champagne cider. Covers the 11% pretty well. Tasty. luttonm (6172) - Seattle, Washington, USA - JUL 9, 2012
From bottle at SIBF. Sweet, light yellow, quick bubbly head. Slight earthy funk. Tasty whole apple, rich crisp sour-sweet. Champagne yeast. spritely, nice. fiulijn (20427) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUN 22, 2012

Blond color, with a large but short lived head. Nice, fresh, apples aroma, but no particular sign or depth. Semi-dry mouthfeel, with apples flavor, very light tannins, and a quite well blended alcohol presence. Decent, elegant, although missing some true character.
You? Who wants a model that looks like a spotty baby crossed with the Statue of Liberty? .. . 750ml bottle from D&Q .. . Pours a medium gold .. light foam but cider .. . quite fizzy and a touch gassy, its light champagne .. . touch of wicked side, you can tell its beefed in the alcohol department, but frankly well masked when you see its actually 11% .. . apple juice mostly, but cider .. . good but to pricey to ever have again .. .
