Bottle, 500ml. *** Colour: Bright, pale yellow, clear, small head. *** Nose: White wine, apples, lemon. *** Mouthfeel: Medium body, hardly watery. Moderate carbonation. *** Taste: Again a taste of semi-sour white wine (like Sauvignon Blanc), lemon, some apple peel. Lemon dominating the middle, with continued white wine notes. Semi-dry finish, again lemon, apple peel. The latter prominent in the medium-long aftertaste. *** Impressions: Very elegant and wine-y cider, with apple fruitness in the back seat. Lively and refreshing, you won’t be able to tell that this is 7% ABV. Not too dry (the label says "full dry" - not so!). Those who like the fruity red apple taste in cider should, however, abstain.

Bottle 33cl, a clear par yellow cider, nose is acid like with apple skin notes. Aroma is ow on apple juice, low body, acidity, astringency, very boring cider.

@some kind of pizza joint in Arundel, UK. Clear bright golden. Sparkling co2, smooth and very dry taste and aftertaste, fresh, little amount of apples in the flavor noticed,a bit simple, boring cider. However the pizza was great !

caesar (7170) - Bunnik/Utrecht, NETHERLANDS - JUN 5, 2016
Bottle @ Beerbecue at joes, small sample. Clear yellow color, short frothy head. Aroma of white wine, fruity, grapes, slight apple. More apple sweetness in taste, fruity, refreshing, soft carbo. Feels like a good fruity white wine, which is great on a hot summer day like this. Loved this one.

Benzai (16500) - Oirschot, THE NETHERLANDS, NETHERLANDS - JUN 4, 2016
Bottle shared @ Beerbecue with Joes, Caesar and Dutchdrebus. Clear pale golden color, small white head. Smell and taste lightly white wine, very average in the sense that it is moderately, medium dry, but also medium sweet. Straight down the middle (not sure if that’s an expression in English), just not outspoken. Decent though.

jjsint (3425) - Leicester, Leicestershire, ENGLAND - MAR 31, 2016
Bottle from the Bedford Arms, Bedford. Gold, clear, and very carbonated. Light orchard fruit smell, somewhat musty. Bittersweet taste, a bit of tangy apple but fairly underwhelming. Well carbonated. Not all that, a waste of a strong ABV.

ThirstyBird (2992) - Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, ENGLAND - MAR 15, 2016
Bottle from Waitress. Pours a clear light golden yellow with a small -ff-white head. The smell is apple, hint of vinegar, a bit earthy. The taste is dry from the start, crisp apples, hint of apple vinegar ending still dry. Light+ in body with fairly active carbonation. Not bad.

It is the first cyder that again. Accustomed to beer, I have found little depth, too little complexity and smoothness
