UPDATED: DEC 1, 2011 Bottle. Pours very clear with only the faintest hint of yellow color and a faint, fizzy white head. Sweet apple aroma. Flavor is sweet, too sweet, in fact, for my liking. A bit sugary. Some apple but none of the crisp tartness I like in a cider. Light bodied with average carbonation.

Bottle at home, split with the old man, from Waitrose Sunningdale, 03/05/13. Clear pale golden with a thin white head, carbonation’o’clock in the glass. Nose is light apples and sugars, a little on the thin side. Taste comprises apples, straw, sugars. Full end of medium in body with moderate carbonation belying the visuals, dry and crisp in the finish with a touch of booze. Ok.

harrisoni (19003) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - MAR 3, 2006
500ml bottle from Tesco. Pleasant apple and oak aroma. Good in mouth and the flavours are good, red apples and then some subtle wood before tangy juicy dry finish. A bracing cider which I like. Attactive bottle too. The aroma really is like putting your nose into a box of apples. Very clean and crisp, but with a lasting juciy finish.
