The best of all Aspall's if you don't like sweets. Pale straw colour with champagne like bubbles and looks. It is so hard to find ciders this dry and it is a shame. Weston's Vintage comes close and so does their Old Rosie but again we're talking about premium hard to find ciders (in the US - back home in Finland, no problem). Absolutely delicious and the 6.8% alcohol content is perfect.

Pint on draft @ Queen’s Arms in Kensington, London. The body is clear yellow. The aroma is wine and apple. The taste is very good, with a nice kick. Great cider.
Bottle @ Beerbecue at joes, small sample. Clear yellow color, short frothy head. Aroma of white wine, fruity, grapes, slight apple. More apple sweetness in taste, fruity, refreshing, soft carbo. Feels like a good fruity white wine, which is great on a hot summer day like this. Loved this one.

UPDATED: JUL 15, 2006 One of the best ciders I’ve ever had. I think some of the other reviewers might have had bad bottles, because this is just terrific, just clean apple with a hint of spice. Not totally bone dry, just a tiny hint of residual sugar. Great acidity. Perfect with a pork roast. ciderguy (98) - Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 3, 2003
UPDATED: NOV 16, 2003 Different than that of their Medium Cyder, this one is more along the lines of one should expect from an English Cider. Similar to their Medium offering, it has a classic sweet, crisp nose. Pour very pale with very few bubbles. The taste (as expected) is what sets it apart. Dry as the label tells you its going to be. Tasted deep in the back of the throat with a subtle alcohol hint. Taste finishes with vintage apples of old. For my dollar, I'd vote this to be just a little better than the medium. harrisoni (19006) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - MAR 3, 2006
500ml bottle from Tesco. Pleasant apple and oak aroma. Good in mouth and the flavours are good, red apples and then some subtle wood before tangy juicy dry finish. A bracing cider which I like. Attactive bottle too. The aroma really is like putting your nose into a box of apples. Very clean and crisp, but with a lasting juciy finish. the_blacksmith (12) - Herefordshire, ENGLAND - NOV 5, 2011
A very clean and classy cider! The fresh taste is immediately apparent with an aura of prestige. Not keen on dry ciders? Give this a go, you will be pleasantly surprised! Gurthnar (6110) - Bratislava, SLOVAK REPUBLIC - AUG 30, 2015
Bottle at Goblins. Clear pale yellow colour. Excellent balance of taste and aroma. Clean apple character. Wonderful balance of sour, tart, bitter and sweet. Excellent. High carbonation, easily drinkable.
