Aus der Flasche im 2014-03 getrunken. Dieses wunderbare Cider hat ein vollmundiges Apfelaroma mit einer sehr gut balancierten Säure. Klasse!

Bottle. Light gold pour. Clean, champagne-like taste. Nicely balanced with just the right amount of sweetness. Nicely side-steps the cloyingness that I often can't stand in ciders. Nice one.

GoufCustom (2250) - HONG KONG - OCT 18, 2017

330 ml bottle bought at YATA in MOKO, Mong Kok.

Clear light golden colour; Near zero head with residual soapy white foam which fades in 10 seconds; Almost no lacing with notable slight carbonation; Fragrant aroma of apple wine, with apple flesh and peels, yoghurt tartness, hint of Balsamic vinegar, strong wood barrels, light sugar and tannin; Mid to light sweet taste of strong apple wine, with strong alcohol, liquorices, fair yoghurt tartness, light sugar and tannin; Light body, watery palate; Mouth feel is dry apple wine, boozy but not screaming, close to a Scrumpy. Very dry, with good non-juice apple taste accompanied by moderate swetness. Liqruorices and tannin for a fmid- astringent finish. Nice stuff!... Dry after taste. Boozy and fruity to mouth.

Comments: Not very often a Scrumpy-like cider can accomodate dryness, booziness and right amount of sweetness. This is one of them - appealing fleshy aroma, dry winey palate with strong booze, controlled sweetness with a bitter finish. A nice example of a good strong cider. A gem!

Very nice cider, but not as dry as I was expecting it to be. Pale straw colour. Enjoyable.

I like this cider. Almost like white wine. Only better. It’s slightly sour, but not too much. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle at Full Monty. Clear golden color. Dry apple nose, skin. Light sweetness, dry finish, minerals, pear, apples. Gets very dry in the finish. Nice, but the Vintage was much nicer.

Pale yellow color with no head. Aroma of fermentate apples. Taste dry with a short finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
