I’m drinking the demi-sec 500ml-1 pint 0.9 fl oz bottled version of this draft cider. Pours nicely, bubbly with little to no head in a nice light golden color. A sweet, dry and lightly tart apple cider that doesn’t leave a heavy feeling in your stomach. However, I found it to be a little too much for just a casual drink, maybe save for a special occasion to share with a loved one. Not a bad drink, just not for me. slowrunner77 (11911) - Reno, Nevada, USA - JUN 2, 2015
better than average cider, but not quite worth the premium coin. more sweet than tart with hints of yeast. semi-dry and adequately refreshing. Better than the organic head to head. alexsdad06 (10262) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - MAR 4, 2015
Bottle sample at home from notes. Pours a clear bright yellow gold color with no head. The aroma and flavor have pretty much what I was expecting; sweet apple cider, this comes off with more fresh apple character than most, mild tang, some dry character, Not my thing. Bue à la pression. Superbe cidre, peu sucré, à l'arôme de pomme très naturel. Effervescence moyenne. Explosion en bouche. Love it ! olliejobbins (1578) - Dorking, Surrey, ENGLAND - DEC 14, 2014
on tap at local pub. pours clear, pale yellow with a few bubbles on the surface. aroma is nice fresh, crisp apples. taste is slightly tart, apples and a little tannin. good stuff.

500ml bottle Premier Cru, Dry 7% . Pours a beautiful pale yellow with little carbonation. There is little aroma, a hint of sour apples not sweet. The taste is very good with a hint of sweetness and a lingering dryness but neither overpowering. There is an underlying apple but almost pear taste. There is an explosion of bubbles in the mouth which is posdibly too much for food or on its own. It has good body which gives it more substance. Overall a damn good cider. It says 1728 on the bottle and the last 286 years did not go astray! This is a perfectly balanced cider that gas taken years to perfect. I think it is a special occassion cider and not for everyday or pub drinking. The high carbonation may indicate a food beverage. BrewBoxer (2632) - New York, New York, USA - DEC 10, 2014

Bottle, maybe 1.5-2 years old. It seems low on carbonation when pouring but it has a nice palate with bubbles. Appropriate sweetness for demi sec. Flavor and aroma of apples, some sweetness, and a little yeast. Good. cheap (5792) - Beaver Valley, Beaver County, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 30, 2014
UPDATED: AUG 31, 2014 Classy half liter bottle and I got this at Gorillos for only $1.50! Not sure where this goes but my bottle says Aspall English dry draft cider. It has the correct 6.8% tho. Very pleasant aroma. Clear very pale yellow. No bubbles. Taste is yummy sweet volatile treat. Hides alky too well. Decent co2 on the tongue. Very refined compared to my homemade stuff. Well done! Very enjoyable fer sure. DedicatedToFun (4000) - Santa Monica, California, USA - AUG 11, 2014
Tap, gold pour, white had, nose is apple, taste is apple, decent cider but nothing crazy.
