Aroma is apples, a small hint of sweetness and a definite hint of dryness. The flavor is apples, slight mead overtones, fruit and a very dry finish.

Bottle thanks to somebody, rating from my backlog. The smell is tart, sweet, apples, and mash. The taste is the same. The look is clear, no color, no head.

Tiny bit sweet at first with mellow wine-like body (slightly boozy), oak finish. Some hints of port. Good as an aperitif. I would prefer the dry to accompany food.

Aroma: Fresh apple and sulphur. Appearance: Pale gold with the briefest of white heads. Flavor: Tart Apple with a yeasty back flavor. Palate: Light bodied with aggressive carbonation. Overall: Nice dry cider with clean flavors.

intensive and fresh aroma and taste of apple, adequate carbonation - the best cider I have tasted so far

MicroGrog (367) - FT: Stale Polotmavý in Queens, New York, USA - OCT 7, 2012
From New Beer Distro. Demi-Sec Draft Cider label. Fizzy yellow beer body. Wispy, white head. Lots of vanilla oak & sulfur on the nose. Letting it breath grabs some green apples, dish soap, & minerals. Taste is vinegar, stem-y apple juice, & Sweet Tarts candy aged in oak. Big sulfites. Gentle carbonation. Vanilla & popsicle sticks on the finish. The drier the better it seems with these guys.

On tap. Pours a slightly hazy straw color with almost no head but thin bubble rings. Sweetish apple aroma. Thin body and soft carbonation. Flavor of tart apple with a slightly sweet sensation. Not bad by any mean.
