500ml bottle. Strongly sweet apple aroma, gently herbal and floral. Clear pale golden color with very slight visible carbonation. Equally heavy apple flavor, mingled with a strongly sweet tartness. Light and bubbly on the palate, body is light. Nice character here, a bit stronger in feel than the Dry. Gregis (1281) - Stilwell, Kansas, USA - SEP 4, 2007
The 3rd cider in our flight at Indra’s Mead, Cider and Sake Tasting 8/31/07. The appearance is identical to the Suffolk Dry: clear bright golden yellow with virtually no head. The nose is much sweeter, however, making me think of an apple scented Riesling. Medium-bodied, slick and dry, the flavor is of sweet, tart apples and a faint alcohol. This is a nice cider, but I was still left wanting something more. tjthresh (1875) - Greenfield, Indiana, USA - SEP 2, 2007
Very pale golden with lits of carbonation. A pleasant sweet aroma. A nice sweetness in the flavor with some honey notes. Medium body, tart, dry and lots of bubbles. theisti (4156) - Kansas, USA - SEP 1, 2007
Third cider of the night at the Indra - Cider, Sake and Mead tasting 8/31/07. Identical appearance to the Dry - very clear golden yellow with a lot of carbonation. Aroma is apples and sweetness, though the sweetness is more ripe apples than anything. Taste is medium dry, sweet and really syrupy. Just mouth coating stuff. Bottle. Pours like weak champagne with a strong white wine aroma. Hints of apple and pear dominate the nose. Lively body, but too thin for my liking. A medium-bodied apple sauce flavor prevails amongst the pear and slight grape. Nice spreading of the flavors. Great cider. I’d have this one again.

Pretty straightforward, tasty cider. It pours a very pale yellow body that’s filled with fast moving bubbles. Its small fizzy head lasts but moments. It smells of fresh tart apples with just a hint of sulfur. Full of tart apple flavor, there’s an almost citric sour quality to the dry finish. Refreshing.JPDIPSO (6257) - Wauwatosa, USA - MAY 1, 2007

Light yellow straw color with a taller fizzy, diminishing white head. Fresh bread yeast aromas which gain some barnyard scents as it warms along with white grapes and apple peels. Heavier in feel, but with enough zip to keep it lively. Sweet golden delicious apple and a touch lime juice. Simple flavors, but balance and quite drinkable. Not the normal soda cider here in N.A. Pours a brilliant yellow gold color w/ a short lived, spritzy froth. Aromas of tart, wild apples, cedar, and a little granite. Light to medium nectar w/ ample, Champagne style effers although in the glass the liquid is still, no streamers at all. This killer cider actually tastes more like a slightly underripened nectarine w/ a little wild green apple. It’s tart upfront w/ a mild sweetness thats washed away by a moderate acid component. I don’t think it’s supposed to be balanced. The tartness and acid are quite bracing. Other nuances of cedar, vanilla, mango, kiwi, sodium, and sulpher. The finish is long and fluffy w/ mucho effers. This is a great after dinner sipper. Forget the apple pie, give me cider. Tmoney99 (14752) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - JAN 15, 2007
Bottle. Poured light pale color with a minimall head that diminished quickly with minimal lacing. Light sweet apple aroma. Light body with a thin texture and soft carbonation. Flavor of tart apple with a light sweet finish of short duration. Went well with my soup and salad. Capa (3330) - Kitsap, Washington, USA - DEC 19, 2006
UPDATED: AUG 17, 2008 Pours a translucent yellow with very little head. Carbonation is abundant and continues to fizz throughout. Aroma is of tart apples and some grape. Flavor is of tart apple. Finishes a little dry with some alcohol. Pretty good and easy to drink. Looking forward to trying more ciders.
