4.3 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
I bought this as part of their gift pack of three bombers, two glasses, coasters and stickers.
Then head on a cloudy, light straw colored body.
The aroma is lemon, yeast, banana, some other fruits. Very bright.
The taste is complex, but still on the lighter side despite the higher ABV. There’s some red wine flavor to it, but I can’t place it. It’s fruity, some lemon.
Light body, moderate carbonation.
A really great smelling and tasting drink. Get some if you can find it.
Bomber poured a clear gold with a small lasting white head. Aromas of straw, lemon zest, barnyard funk, light oak and light vinous notes. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry lightly tart finish. Flavors of straw, citrus, light oak, light barnyard funk and a hint of vanilla with a crisp dry lightly tart lingering citrus finish. crossovert (13947) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JAN 27, 2013
