Pours amber color with tan ead. Aromas of toasted malts and some caramel. Similar flavors. Pretty bland. Medium body with average carbonation.

12 oz bottle that pours a hazy orange with an enormous foamy off white head (so much head that I had to let the glass sit for a bit to pour the rest of the bottle into the glass) that leaves plenty of lacing. Aroma of lemon, apricot, honey and caramel malt. Taste is apricot, honey and caramel malts. Very carbonated - medium body. Okay brew but nothing outstanding for sure.

12oz bottle, I forget the date but a fresh sample.

Pours clear light amber with a two finger off white head that leaves nice cobwebs of lacing and holds a small cap.

Aroma is pretty typical for an Amber, a little fruity, a little caramel, a little nutty, some light floral and grassy hops. Good strength.

Flavor is caramel malt, light fruits, light citrus hops, somewhat sweet, moderate bitterness, little to no alcohol.

Mouthfeel is on the light side of medium, a bit oily, medium carbonation.

A solid Amber Ale, but nothing spectacular.

At a tiny tasting in my home, bottle, in opening of the bottle exited smoke, pours cloudy bright orange with a very small head that dissipates quickly, nicely carbonated, fruity, hoppy and sweet aroma, dry, bitter, slightly smoked and twist aftertaste, medium noticeable body, and overall an excellent beer.

12oz bottle. Light reddish tint with some amber hue. Slightly hazy with a thin bubbly head. Aroma has hints of hops and slight malt. Flavor is a bit hoppy with a malt backing. A pretty straight forward beer with no surprises.

Fruity, slightly hoppy, but in the end it is another benign red ale. Luckily i got a single bottle.

maltdog (626) - New Mexico, USA - JAN 20, 2011
Bottle. Very clear amber, weak head. Earthy hop and gruyere aromas, hints of caramel and sheep dung. Nutty malt, appleskin, grass, and spice flavors. Watery palate. Cramel and peanut shell finish, muddy aftertaste. Meh.

yayforbeer (753) - Orange Park, Florida, USA - JAN 9, 2011
12 oz bottle from the CASK Brewclub Banquet. Lightly floral and lemony hop aroma. Mild amber ale flavor, with a bit of caramel, light hop flavor and a little bitterness at the end. Very little aftertaste. Mild throughout, but completely drinkable. Not bad, not memorable.
