Dark amber with a tall white head and spotty, consistent lacing. Mild hop bitterness with some citrus notes and a mild malty backside. Light body. Decent session beer.

single bottle from Total Wine... pours a light amber with a nice 1 finger white head which settles as a quarter inch throughout... very little on the nose except some bread notes and ash... medium creamy body with light sweet malt notes and some faint bitterness... so so finish... some creamy lingering hops. not terrible, but would not buy again.

12 oz. bottle- Pours copper with little head, aroma is some sweet malt but is pretty mellow. The flavor is malty like other amber ales but this is much more mellow and drinkable in my opinion, it’s actually not bad. But this still is my least favorite style (including pale lagers) for a reason, over all not bad but not even close to great.

Amber pour. Nothing much to write home about here typical sorry mix if caramel and light hops. Meh.

12 ounce bottle that pours a light orange/amber color with aromas of resin, caramel, and earthy aromas. Flavor follows suit, an ok sipper for the Florida heat.

Bottle from Liz. Pours light amber with an off-white head. Light caramel aroma with a hint of hop. Near med body. Flavor is caramel with a very light touch of citrusy hop. Finish is sort of bready.

Teege (375) - Orlando, Florida, USA - JAN 18, 2010
Pours a too light amber. A very grainy malty nose. Not very complex. Same with the flavor though it is a little better. Pretty crisp, which is nice, but not at all exciting.

Draft. Pours a clear amber color with a beige head that lingers nicely. Not too impressed with the aroma or flavor on this one as both seemed to be quite subdued. It did have a crisp, clean finish making it easy to drink but not very exciting.

BeerHawk (1810) - Huntsville, Alabama, USA - MAY 9, 2010
Draft sample at the 2nd Annual Rocket City Brewfest. Amber in the glass with an off-white head that settled to a ring. Subdue aroma of toasted malt. The flavor was also subdued with toasted malt and a slight earthiness. Medium body, sweet, slightly chalky. Subdue overall and not that exciting.

Between golden and amber in color. Some presence of hops in the nose. Medium mouthfeel. Balanced. Not bad.
