Dark red - amber beer, small pale tan head. Palate is light and semi dry. Mild minerals. Tangy malt with sweet and sour blackcurrant. Finishes slightly papery and dry. Interesting but clunky.
Bottled. Dark brown with a touch of blackcurrant colour. Sweetish, with raisins, roasted malts and blackcurrant juice, before a slightly toasty finish. Ok. lusikka (7813) - Tampere, FINLAND - AUG 25, 2012

Pours a dark brown colour with a small foamy head. Aroma of blackcurrant, birch leaves and some honey-like sweetness. Flavour of blackcurrant, rubber, syrup, honey and some grassy hops. Light bodied, thin mouthfeel and a mild finish with blackcurrant. Weird.

Aroma feels a bit moldy and light with some hay and malt. Flavour is weird and bitter in a harsh way. It has nettles, some slightly sweet malt and hints of rubber. Not good.

Pours hazy red color with minimal head. Aroma of grass, mild malts, fruity notes, dark berries and some sugar. Flavor of dark berries, grass and mild malts. Way too stuffy and unbalanced.

Dark opaque black color, small steady brown head. Dusty, caramel-coffeish, blackcurrant leave aroma. Medium-bodied. Tartness in the front. Black currant, some roasted notes, soya sauce. Quite weird porter.
