COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Regular. Changed name from Latitude Pale Ale to Latitude Pilsner.
Available in cask (described as "Cask Pilsner"), and in bottle ("Highland Pilsner"), this beer is a delicious straw-coloured session beer, dominated by crisp, fresh, citrus hop character from classic German "noble hops".
Brewed with a balance of best British Ale Malt and Lager Malt, this beer exhibits a pale straw colour. The aroma combines a zesty attack and an apricot fruitiness with the subtle floral hop notes of the Styrian Golding, Saaz and Hallertauer Hersbrucker hops.
Moderate levels of residual sweetness are balanced by a crisp, well-rounded bitterness to give a clean, refreshing mouthfeel in the best traditions of pilsners – pint after pint!

UPDATED: MAY 12, 2017 Clear golden, white head. Not much aroma. Taste is bitter hop, slightly sour fruit. Sour aftertaste. Nah, not for me.

[6421-20140630] Cask. Fragrant apple pear syrup aroma has a little hint of wet swim suit. Clear, pale yellow body with a quick foamy white head. Bitter apple pear fruity notes flavour. Light-medium body. Surprisingly tasty, I wouldn’t have called this a pilsner. (7/3-/8+/4/14) 3.6

On cask at Queens Arms, Basingstoke. Pours very pale yellow with white head. Fresh clean dry lager taste, not sure lager transfers well to cask. Pleasant enough.

ManVsBeer (10467) - Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire, ENGLAND - AUG 9, 2014
Cask @ Old Gate, Hebden Bridge. Straw coloured lager cum ale with a small head. It has flavour but its dry texture subdues it with a very small lemon citrus nose, and kick in its taste.

2014-06-30. Crisp dark yellow body nice white head and lace. 3+ Aroma is mild, floral hops, muted overall. Flavour is lightly bitter throughout, modest floral lightly grassy hops. Light lemon as it warms. Average to light bodied palate, soft carbonation. Okay, but overly mild. Cask at Grog and Gruel, Fort William.

UPDATED: MAY 26, 2014 Bottle, gift from Pamela H. Hazy pale golden body with a thin white head that holds well. Fine carbonation. Nice lacing. Aroma of grain, hay and a hint of lemon. Flavour is exactly like the aroma with a crisp, bitter quality. Clean and grassy. Medium body with an oily texture. Light fizz. Supremely drinkable.
