Clear light to medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, moderate hoppy, green grass, light citrus - lemon. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. 
From cask at Oxford. Pours clear and golden orange with a small off-white head. Light fruity and vague malty aroma. Bitter and fruity citrusy flavoured. Vague earthy note. Cask. Golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is eggs, vegetables, fruity hops and some wooden hints. Flavour is the same with some rather sweet fruity notes and zest. Aftertaste is mainly fruits and yeast. A quite nice one to the flavour.

Cask gravity at Kent BF 2006. In the programme it is down as Highlands and Islands Brewery. Not sure if this and Orkney have merged. Pale gold colour with lasting white head. Yellow color, steady creamy white head, some lace. Honey, fruits, some barnyard in the nose. Light citrus, citrus peels in the flavor. Reasonably tasty for a 3.6% beer, although not very original.
