pours gold with white head. Aroma of lemon, orange
citrus, garlic, Flavors are sweet twangy melon garlic, lemons, chopped
up herbal pills as well. Not sure what hops are doing with this ipa. NobleSquirrel (3438) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JUL 23, 2012
Draft at Atlas. Had to double check that I had the correct beer. Pours a pale gold with a white head. The nose is nice enough, fair amount of citrus, soft orange blossom and grapefruit rind. Some biscuit malts hanging out. Would guess Centennial hops? On tasting, medium-high bitterness with a supporting malt backbone. Clean and citrusy. Nothing amazing, but not a bad beer. As with the others, look forward to seeing it’s evolution. deyholla (11597) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - JUL 21, 2012
On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear light gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma is full of sweet citrus with a bit of tropical fruit and a light sweet grain backing. Flavor is full of earthy but sweet citrus with a hint of bitter rind in the finish.
