Tasted this in Esquire's, Glasgow (JDW) on the 17th October 2017. Cask, handpump dispense 1/2 pint. Clear gold in colour with a thin creamy white head. Strong hop aroma with sweet grapefruit notes present. Thin resiny mouthfeel and excellent lacing. Pale malt gives a light digestive biscuit backbone with light citrus fruit. Dusty hop resins give a dusty floral citrus flavour to the bitter aftertaste but with no astringency. Dry bitter finish with lemon pith on the palate.
