Clear golden. Flowery hoppy nose. Sweet and solidly malty. Fruity, soft, buttery, and nutty. Lightly resiny bitter finish. A good beer, but for someone who didn't read the finer print on the pump clip it was surprising to see that the brewery labelled it as a kölsch style beer. But why not?

This is a strong, well balance sessionbeer, with ratherr short hoppy aftertaste.
On cask at Cloisters. Pours a light golden colour with a thin white head. Citric lemon aroma with barley, caramel and light grassy hops. Flavours are similar with alcohol fairly present and a dry finish. Mild carbonation and mildly bitter with a lingering juicy pineapple character. OK. mr_h (5752) - Ayr, SCOTLAND - OCT 14, 2012
