Pale hazy orange-red color, not much head. Interesting strong alcoholic cranberry aroma. Cranberries dominate also flavor - berries’ skins and seeds are also there in the taste plus some wheaty and yeasty notes. Very interesting fruit beer - when we get cranberry-lambic?
Bottled. Hazy nutbrown/orange colour, small white head. Aroma is very much cranberry. Flavour is quite the same, but also has some caramel malts, and some other sweetish notes. A very wellbalanced brew. oberabcbbsok (692) - Hoboken, BELGIUM - MAY 14, 2007
